Our memories from this time of year are loaded with pictures from Big Poppa Smokers event ‘King of the Smokers’! This contest was one of our favorites and we were honored to be invited multiple times over its run. 25 of the best teams across the nation drawing numbers for their coolers, loaded with their meat for the contest. Leveled the playing field by putting everyone under easy ups. Just good ol’ fashioned cooking meat in a parking lot……a really, really nice parking lot. 😎 👌

We will say though, out of all the KOS contests, the 2016 contest was definitely our favorite….🏆 👑 🔥

Party ribs on the Recteq this weekend were perfection! 👌 🔥 🐽

To say we had a great time hanging out at the American Royal World Series of Barbecue Live 2025 would be a severe understatement! What a perfect spur-of-the-moment trip — our hearts are full to the brim!
