Gym 24

“I am Evelyn Rohrssen and have been exercising at Gym24 since 2013! I’ve been exercising, mainly walking, since my 20’s! A family history of heart issues is the reason I exercise. I feel I need to keep the heart muscle as strong as possible.

Gym24 is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year- exactly what I need to continue exercising for my well-being. I can exercise on my schedule, any time of the day!

The family heart issues finally “caught up” with me. I had a heart triple by-pass procedure and aortic valve replacement on 9.11.24. I was discharged to home on post op day five and returned to Gym24 to exercise on October 20th! Years of exercising helped my body to recuperate on January 8, 2025 I celebrated my 77th birthday!”

I’ll be posting a sign on our doors as well, but just wanted to let you know that CrossPoint church will be renting the big gymnasium on Sunday, August 18th for their 10 year anniversary. They also got permission from the city to have the parking lot blocked off between Gym24 and Walgreens. Please find alternate parking on side streets! Thank you!
