Founded in 1898, the Wartburg College Concert Bands program is comprised of two ensembles —the Wind Ensemble and the Symphonic Band.
Founded in 1898, the Wartburg College Concert Bands program is comprised of two ensembles —the Symphonic Band and the Wind Ensemble, the premiere concert band at Wartburg College, who tours domestically every year and internationally every three years. Placement in the groups is determined by a yearly audition. Both groups represent students of all class standings and nearly all academic majors. T

Day 3 of tour had us reunited with Wartburg College Concert Band Alum Jared Knapp at Humbolt High School, where we got to have a clinic with both Middle School and High School Bands before performing in our joint concert with the Middle School band! Next up, Osage!

Day one of tour! After 4 small ensembles performed during the morning service at Onalaska First Lutheran Church, we took a quick visit to LaCrosse landmarks the International Friendship Garden and Granddad's Bluff! Next stop Logan High School then Galena, Illinois!
