We offer semi-private and small group kickboxing, combatives and self-defense training. Hello!

Hours are flexible, depending on the client's needs and availability. Welcome to Hillman's Kickboxing & Fitness. We offer private and semi-private classes in a variety of methods. If you are looking for self-defense or modern combatives, we will help you gain the confidence and skills needed to survive. For individuals that desire better fitness and health, we can assist you in meeting your goals.

Thank you for your interest in training with us. We have been coaching and training clients for over two decades. We are excited to work with you as you achieve your goals. After assessing this past training season, adjustments were needed.

New Pricing:
$50 per hour
$25 per hour for 2+ individuals..

Payment in cash, check or Venmo.

Workouts begin and end on time. Please arrive 5 minutes early for wraps or stretching.

We encourage you to leave your children at home. The serious nature of our workouts requires focus and attention. It is also respectful of our clients’ time for training and my time for teaching.

We recommend selecting one training option for best results. However, clients are certainly able to mix training options.
Each training choice has required equipment that clients should acquire/purchase.

Training options:
Self-defense - Modern Combatives. This course focuses on proven techniques and philosophies from Krav Maga, Filipino martial arts, judo-jujutsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. The focus is to dominate the conflict, end the fight as efficiently and quickly as possible, and to cultivate confidence and empowerment. Training is hands-on contact with a partner. We induce a stressful environment to best simulate realistic attacks. Weapons include knife, stick-club, and defense from fi****ms. You will work with a partner and will train with pads, punching bags, and kick shields.
Training gloves, mouth guard
Fitness Kickboxing - HIIT and metabolic training. Get in shape and have a blast at the same time! Punch and kick on bags, get your heart rate pounding with metabolic drills all with a wide variety of workout stations and equipment. No two workouts are the same.
Training or boxing gloves
Kickboxing (Muay Thai, Taekwon-do, and jujutsu). Learn the sport of kickboxing in a fun and safe method. No-contact and light-contact sparring, bag work, conditioning, fight strategy will be in each workout. You will work with a partner to train in punching and kicking combinations, holding pads,
Training or boxing gloves, shin guards, mouth guard
Pistol and/or Rifle Learn the basics of firearm safety, handling, markmanship and how to care for your gun. Range time will expand on these to include static line firing, moving while shooting, transitioning from pistol to rifle and rifle to pistol, legal aspects, environmental awareness, clearing misfires and malfunctions, and firing from different positions and distances. Advanced training will include modern combatives, which will teach you how to retain your firearm in a face-to-face encounter when an attacker attempts to grab your gun. This does not include range fees or ammunition. You must use your own fi****ms.
Semi-automatic pistol and usable holster, belt (tactical belt is recommended, but not required.), and at least two magazines.
AR15 with 2-point sling, and at least three magazines
