New Season, New Results… Keep Working

November Athlete of then Month- Amr E.

Amr came to us at the beginning of the fall with a goal of preparing for not just his second varsity season swimming but mostly for his second year playing lacrosse at Wayne Valley school. He consistently showed up three times a week working hard to help develop his abilities on the field. Can’t wait to see him compete in the pool and on the field.

October 22’ Athlete of the Month- Enzo A.

Having the opportunity to train Enzo has allowed me to see not just the great things he does in the weight room, but outside of it. Enzo is one of the most respectful athletes I have trained and has shown many leadership qualities. Congrats Enzo!

Thomas Pa**ie- Madison HS

Thomas recently returned to training after a season-ending injury last year. Seeing two of his three high school seasons cut short Thomas has shown that he is ready to leave no doubt about his senior year. I am looking forward to his continued hard work and showcasing his ability this upcoming season!

Throughout his time at FA Brett has shown two of the most important qualities any coach is looking for. Hard work and consistency. I am looking forward to seeing Brett’s on field success this fall for the Montville Broncos varsity team
