"I am a dad of four boys, turning 64 this August and would love to share my story. I've been to many gyms throughout my life but none like The Edge Fitness Clubs in Wayne, PA. I joined as a 'founding member' before it opened in 2021 and have consistently been here ever since. The Edge in Wayne is much more than just a gym, it is truly a community with the greatest members and staff. It builds confidence, inspiration, and is a place where I can be me!

I take fitness and nutrition very seriously as I want to be healthy and enjoy my family as I get older so movement, strength training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a must.
