Bonnie brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and has completed a full comprehensive Classical Pilates certification, including training on all Pilates apparatus. Every session is guided by extensive education, hands-on experience, and a commitment to helping clients move safely and effectively.

As a classical Pilates instructor, it’s disheartening to see the impact of incomplete training in the industry. Skipping comprehensive certification programs and the time required to truly master the method can lead to poor instruction, which ultimately reflects badly on Pilates as a whole. Unfortunately, I’ve worked with many clients who sought me out after being injured elsewhere.
