📣 WELL, Y’ALL ARE DOING BETTER… NOW FOR PART TWO! 😂
We are SO GLAD that so many of you are now stopping in and filling out your liability waivers! 👏👏👏
But now we need to talk about the next step… PAYING. 😂💰
Filling out a liability does not mean you're finished. Every person who comes onto the property needs to fill out a liability EVERY VISIT — AND you also need to stop by the office and pay.
And when we say every person, we mean EVERYBODY.
🐴 Coming to ride?
🏕️ Camping?
🌊 Going to the Bluff or river?
👋 Visiting friends?
🪑 Just hanging out for the day?
It does not matter why you're here. If you're on the property, this applies to you.
Now, let's clear up a few misconceptions we've been hearing. 😂
👉 “Oh, I already paid for the campsite, so me and all my friends are good.”
Nope! A campsite payment does NOT cover everybody staying or visiting with you.
We charge per person AND per horse or mule. Just stop by the office and we'll ring you up accordingly.
👉 “My friends already paid.”
Maybe they did! But please let us decide that. 😂 Stop by the office, tell us who you're with, and we'll check everything and get you squared away.
👉 “I'm just visiting.”
So is everybody else! 😂 Whether you're visiting the Bluff, visiting friends, hanging out at the river, or just spending the day — you're still visiting the property, and you still need to stop at the office.
And then there are these…
👉 “Well, I used to work there.”
👉 “My cousin worked there.”
👉 “My brother worked there.”
👉 “I'm local.”
Listen, y'all…
🤣 EVERYONE AND THEIR BROTHER'S MONKEY'S UNCLE HAS WORKED HERE — AND APPARENTLY ALL THEIR RELATIVES HAVE TOO! 🤣
And then there’s this one:
👉 “BUT I KNOW THE OWNERS!”
😂😂😂 WELL, GUESS WHAT? WE ALL DO! 😂😂😂
Knowing the owners is not a secret password to get through the gate for free. Ha ha!
We love our locals, former employees, friends, family, cousins, neighbors, people who know the owners, people who really know the owners, and everybody else — but none of that automatically means you get in for free.
If you're reading this thinking:
“Well, surely this doesn't apply to ME…”
🤣 YES. YES, IT DOES.
And if after reading ALL of this you STILL think it doesn't apply to you…
😂 YES. IT DOES. 😂
Please don't decide for yourself whether you owe anything. Just stop by the office and let US sort it out. You may owe something, you may already be covered — either way, we'll figure it out.
🌙 Coming in after hours?
Liability forms are available on the front porch. Fill one out, slide it under the door, and swing back by the office the next morning to settle up.
Bottom line:
EVERY VISIT = STOP BY THE OFFICE.
EVERY PERSON = LIABILITY + PAYMENT AS APPLICABLE.
EVERY HORSE OR MULE = NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR.
