So in the movie ‘City Slickers’ a conversation happens on horseback between the guys with the theme ‘Best day / Worst day’. I love my boys so much, but Best day was the day this cute and amazing woman walked into my gym in Amherst NH and interviewed for a job. She looked like the modeling picture but professional: Black starched men’s shirt tucked into rust colored pants with black pinstripes and black medium pumps. And she had a folio and was all-business. BOOM. I was all done for the next 35 years. The aerobics pic was that night ‘guest teaching’ a segment of the class and I told Chuck Doyle ‘I’m marrying that girl’ to his ‘GTFOOH’ (get the f out of here…). I hope these pics giving you an idea of why I thought ‘my life will never be the same after today’.
This weekend will be a match for 5 years ago, Anniversary of our wedding on Friday, Anniversary of Sheri going on ahead on Sunday (Worst Day).
I just moved to the mountains of North Carolina (5 years-5 moves) and hopefully a place with no history will give me a fresh start. But regardless, I still consider myself the luckiest man ever. Hope you like the new pics.

What is it about temps below 60? I had the beach to myself again and it was soooo awesome. 2 early clients, a group class, the beach, and now a BIG rib-eye and a glass of Red Zin. I'm very thankful.
