Not ready to compete but want to try out some odd object lifting? All good 👍 we love to show anyone thats willing all about that strongman life 💪

As I sit here and try to think of the perfect words and find the perfect picture to make a Mother’s Day post trying to describe how amazing you moms are, the one word that continues to come into my head is Selflessness.

Out of the hundreds of moms that of come through our doors from CrossFit, Strongman, powerlifting… the common theme is they are better than anyone else in the world at taking care of those they love. When it comes to their children they are truly selfless.

The personal sacrifices that mothers make for their children is beyond what I can comprehend. The sleepless nights, the singular focus, the unconditional love that only a mother can give their children is truly something special.

Even when they are working out to take care of theirselves it’s with the intentions of being a better mom for their kids. Even when they know the kids are watching it’s not to show off but to show their kids how strong they can be.

Among many amazing things that mothers are they are true examples of selflessness and unconditional love.

We are truly grateful for all that you moms do 🙏
