Respectfully… if we survived the early 2000s, we can survive trying a new yoga or fitness class. 😂
No, but really — we know walking into a new space can feel intimidating. Everyone worries they’ll be the only beginner, not know what they’re doing, or feel out of place.
We promise: everyone starts somewhere. 🤍
