Imagine switching bodies for a period of time with someone that you really love knowing full well that at some point you will switch back
How would you take care of their mind, body and spirit?
What habits of your own would you change in order to better take care of them?
Now ask yourself if there is something you would change for them why aren’t you doing it for yourself?
You are worthy of taking care of yourself like someone that you truly love
Think about the changes you would make and do them for yourself
Your health matters and you matter!

Non-negotiable: a core standard, habit or boundary that you refuse to compromise
Creating non-negotiables for my day helps anchor me and keep me accountable no matter how my day unfolds
These are the things that work for me. They are simple, relatively low effort and get done no matter what else happens in my day
These acts build self-discipline, accountability, self-trust, motivation and self-esteem
I highly encourage you to write down all of your goals. Get specific with them and write down everything you’d like to accomplish given the absolute ideal circumstances
From those goals figure out your non-negotiables:
What is going to have the biggest impact on your life?
What can you stick to on your “worst day”?
What’s so easy there’s no excuse not to do it?
Once you have these non-negotiables established put them into place. Do them every day no matter what and watch how much your life changes!

No one can show up and do the work besides you
There comes a point when you need to stop gathering more information and putting off the work and you need to just show up!
Consistently showing up for yourself and doing the work is one of the highest forms of self-respect
Everything you build through showing up, especially on the hard days, belongs to you!! No one gave it to you and no one can take it away from you
Show up for yourself…you’re worth it
