Four workouts a week will wear down your athlete if recovery is not part of the plan.

We are building out our new Wellness and Recovery Center inside the Webster complex to help our athletes reset between team practice and AIS training.

The space gives them zero-gravity chairs to break down film, targeted heat and vibration for sore shoulders, and dedicated cardio gear for active recovery.

We have coached in this gym since 2006, and keeping your daughter healthy on the court is always the priority. Tell us in the comments what recovery tool she uses most.

Junior high tryouts are competitive, and making a seventh-grade B team now takes real mechanics. We built AVA so any player willing to put in the work gets taught the right habits from day one.

You do not have to leave your current club team to get high-rep training this fall.

Fall training at AVA of Texas is open to 7th through 12th grade athletes from any club or school program across the Bay Area.

There is no tryout required and no club contract. Your athlete gets technical coaching on our indoor courts in Webster to sharpen her skills before winter competition starts.

We have trained athletes in this community since 2006, and our gym is open to any player ready to put in the work.

When your daughter sits in the car upset after practice, your first instinct is to fix it for her.

Every parent wants to step in, send the email, or call the coach before the drive home is even over.

In our gym, the very first step in any hard conversation is having her talk to her coach herself.

We sit down with her and give her the room to talk through her frustration, her role, and her development.

Learning to advocate for herself on a court is how she learns to handle hard rooms as an adult.

We have coached young athletes at AVA of Texas since 2006.
