Hi Parents of AVA!
I am so excited to be part of the group! I’m Ashley Kilgore. I will now be providing massage services out of TD3 Fitness and I wanted to start May off by posting a Mother’s Day special for all of you hard working moms. This special does last the entire month of May and I do have gift cards available for one hour (50 min) sessions. My Hours currently vary. Hello ! We hope everyone is doing well... For Week 5 of our challenge, we have a special guest - Coach Terence TD3 Fitness. He is sending us GREAT workout to do in our driveway or backyard - 10 footwork/jumping drills and in addition another 7 abs workout drills.
