M/Body and Golisano Children’s Hospital are hosting a Bingo Brunch Fundraiser to help raise money for the future Facility Dogs Program at Golisano Children’s Hospital. These specially trained facility dogs help support children and families throughout their hospital journey.

On this International Women’s Day, I’m reminded that the true inspiration behind our studio is the incredible women who walk through our doors every single day.
Women healing. Women rebuilding. Women showing up even when life is heavy.

From cancer survivors, to women navigating the heartbreak of pregnancy or infant loss, to mothers working to create a better life and example for their children — and every woman in between — your strength fuels this space.

This community exists because of you.

As the owner of this space, I feel incredibly lucky to witness your strength, courage, and growth every single day.

And as a mother of seven — including four daughters — I’m endlessly grateful that they get to grow up seeing what strong, resilient, supportive women look like every single day in this space.
