Located on Park Avenue in the heart of Weehawken, JZT Yoga offers you an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Metro-New York. Look at JZT Yoga as your sanctuary – a welcoming environment where you can find peace in both your body and mind. You will always feel comfortable here, accepted and celebrated for your authentic self — and met by experienced teachers who will infuse you with yoga’s magic. We encourage you to join an enthusiastic community of friends as we grow spiritually, learning to trust our hearts, free our minds and live balanced lives. At JZT Yoga, our goal is to provide a safe, clean and pleasant environment within the Weehawken community for yogis of all levels. We offer classes in hatha, vinyasa, restorative and private instruction. JZT Dance provides our students with a well-rounded education in all facets of dance for ages 2 to adult at levels from Beginner through Advanced. Our classes emphasize correct technique, fundamentals and a familiarization of the dance vocabulary. JZT Dance offers classes in two sessions: Fall and Summer. Our Fall Session begins in September and ends in June with a recital at Union City performing Arts Center. Our Summer Session runs for eight weeks during the months of July and August. Some classes are only available during the Fall Session.

We are looking for motivated, passionate dancers who are ready to challenge themselves, build lasting friendships, and become part of an award-winning competition team.

At JZT Dance, our Company program is about so much more than competitions. We provide exceptional training in a positive, supportive environment where dancers develop strong technique, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a genuine love of dance.

We did it guys!! “Give a Little Bit”is the 1st Place Overall National Champion and Showcase winner . This routine choreographed by beat out all other Junior and Petite routines in their category and we are incredibly proud of these dancers. Their heartfelt and moving performance will live in our memories forever. Congratulations on such an incredible accomplishment.
