๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Some birthdays are celebrated with parties.
Cameron chose something different.
When we asked what she wanted to do for her birthday, her answer was simple:
โIโm going to Limitless Strength class.โ
That moment stayed with me.
Because it reminded me that what we are building at ABL Fitness is bigger than fitness. Itโs a place where people feel connected, welcomed, and excited to belong.
Cameron invited a friend to join class for the first time. She invited a peer role model she had built a friendship with. Teddy showed up with cupcakes so everyone could celebrate together.
And after class, one of Cameronโs friends said:
โThis was so fun โ I want to come back.โ
That is the power of community.
Not just creating a space where athletes feel included, but creating a space so full of joy that others want to be part of it too.
And the best part?
Class ended with a full Backstreet Boys singalong to โI Want It That Way.โ
Daniel was singing every word.
Athletes and volunteers were rowing side by side.
Coaches were cheering, dancing, and connecting. ๐

A huge THANK YOU to the Wellesley Police Department for taking the time to connect with us out in the community!
We happened to cross paths right on the street, and what turned into a spontaneous moment quickly became something truly special. Seeing the police car up close, watching the lights flash, and having the chance to take a picture made for an unforgettable experience for one of our athletes, who lit up with excitement and curiosity.
Moments like these go far beyond fun. They build connection, spark confidence, and create lasting memories. We are so grateful for community partners like you who take the time to engage, connect, and make every athlete feel seen and celebrated.
Thank you for helping us continue to show that fitness, community, and connection truly have no limits. ๐

Many adults believe that staying active through tennis, pickleball, golf, or walking is enough to protect their health.
But hereโs the reality:
Being active is not the same as building strength.
This year, my mom progressed from osteopenia to osteoporosis despite playing sports almost every day. That experience became a powerful reminder that movement alone is not enough to maintain bone health.
Research consistently shows that bones need:
โ๏ธ Resistance training
โ๏ธ Weight-bearing exercises
โ๏ธ Progressive overload
Without targeted strength training, bone density can continue to decline even in highly active individuals.
Strength training does more than improve bones. It also helps:
โข Reduce fall risk
โข Improve balance and stability
โข Increase muscle mass
โข Support long-term independence
Thatโs why at ABL Fitness, programs like Stronger for Life focus on training with purpose not just movement, but building strength that supports longevity and quality of life.
Because no matter how active you are, everyone needs strength training. ๐ช

Our Kids Ninja Fitness is about more than movement. While my background as a physical therapist and CrossFit Level 2 coach initially led me to focus on strength, skill, and staying active, I quickly realized that connection is the true foundation of progress.
We start every class in a circle where athletes share their name and answer a question of the day, and what began as a simple routine has grown into real conversations, friendships, and belonging. From structured strength work and individualized scaling, to high energy conditioning and obstacle challenges like rope climbs and monkey bars, every athlete is set up to experience success at their own level.
We also close each session with simple lifestyle medicine conversations that build awareness around health, habits, and connection beyond the gym.
Yes, kids get stronger and more capable, but the real win is that they leave with confidence, connection, and lifelong healthy habits.

Finding the right fitness program for a teen with autism can feel overwhelming.
Some teens donโt enjoy traditional sports. Others may struggle with loud environments, unclear instructions, or feeling pressure to keep up.
But the right fitness environment can change everything. ๐
When programs are built with understanding, patience, and individualized support, fitness becomes more than exercise. It becomes a place where teens can:
โ๏ธ Build confidence
โ๏ธ Feel comfortable in their body
โ๏ธ Develop social connections
โ๏ธ Experience success at their own pace
At ABL Fitness, we believe connection comes before progress. We take time to understand each athlete, create a calm and supportive environment, and help teens build trust before pushing performance.
Because the best fitness program is not the one that looks the most intense.
Itโs the one your teen feels excited to come back to.
Every teen deserves a space where they feel seen, supported, and capable.
