What an amazing Belt Promotion at Helton Silva Martial Arts! 🥋❤️
We are so proud of every student who earned a new belt yesterday. Every promotion represents hard work, discipline, courage, and dedication on the mats.
A huge thank you to all the parents for your trust, support, and for being part of our academy family. Your encouragement makes all the difference in your children’s journey.

Last Friday was an incredible night at Helton Silva Martial Arts with Professor Marcio Pontes leading an amazing class on the mats.
The energy, technique, and level of training were on another level, and it was great to see our students learning directly from such an experienced and respected professor.
This week, Professor Marcio Pontes will be at the academy every night at 7 PM teaching classes, and everyone is invited to come train with us and be part of this special week.
And we’ll finish the week strong on Friday, May 22nd with our Seminar & Belt Promotion Night — a night full of learning, emotion, and celebration for our team.
Let’s fill the mats all week long!

In House Championship 7
What an incredible day! We hosted our seventh in House Championship this past weekend. Over 85 students tested their limits and conquered their nerves!
This was our first combined event with our new Jupiter location, ! With just two months of practice, we had students come down to test their skills! We are so proud of all of our students.
They represented our academies greatly! Thank you to all the families that came to cheer on the competitors!
We appreciate the love, support, and healthy competition atmosphere! Competition is such a wonderful experience for children when done correctly. We are so thankful to be able to share this opportunity with our students.

Saturday, we took six of our incredible female athletes to an all-girls competition in Lakeland. We showed up in every way! Not just with skill, determination, crowns, and gold medals, but with heart, support, and real teamwork! Helton Silva Martial Arts has a dedicated and safe girls' and women's program! The growth, courage, and unity in our team is what make us proud coaches. From the sidelines to the mats, they were united, encouraging, and fearless. Every match was a reflection of incredibly hard work and the bond this team has. This is the kind of team we work for every day. Great job, girls! Onto the next one!

FRIDAY NIGHT ENERGY 🔥
Another incredible Friday night at Helton Silva Martial Arts.
The mats were FULL.
The energy was HIGH.
And the team showed up strong.
We had 10 women on the mat — strong, focused, and representing what this place is all about: respect, growth, and confidence. This is a space where everyone belongs.
Tonight was also special as we came together to support Professor Márcio Pontes, wishing him the best of luck as he competes tomorrow at the Pan-American Championship in Orlando.
This is more than training.
This is family.
This is community.
This is what we build every single day.
