Road to the EXFL Football Championship begins Saturday when the #2 seed Palm Beach Capos host the #3 seed Pinecounty Falcons. This is a game you don't want to miss, last meeting was a down to the wire 38-34 win for the Capos. Winner advances to the championship on September 9 in Lake Mary. Come out and support, Capos fans wear all black! Kickoff is 7pm and it's free for everyone.

We're back home after a trip to Jacksonville in which we prevailed 36-20 over the Tri-County Steelers. The South Florida Raptors are coming off a loss to the Clay County Devil Dawgs.
