Since the vestibular system influences the vestibulospinal pathway, the hypothalamus, and the cerebellum, this indicates that the vestibular system is a possible cause of later morphological, hormonal and neurosensory anomalies observed in adolescence with idiopathic scoliosis.

Think of the core as an entire muscular system that spans the entire surface of the stomach and back. The core is a system of muscles that starts at the hips and runs all the way up to the ribcage – supporting the body the entire way without fault.
With that said, many people have a very weak core which can lead to back pain, hip pain, and even pain in the upper back and neck.
Most people are aware that drinking a lot of water regularly is essential for overall good health as water helps in digestion, absorption, circulation, and even excretion. But, what about drinking more glasses of water for proper skin health?
When it comes to skin health, water plays a vital role. Experts claim that drinking a lot of water gives you a healthy, radiant, and younger-looking complexion.

Pilates has been shown to be very effective for back pain (subacute or chronic) to not only diminish pain but to rehabilitate the back so to prevent future flare-ups
To decrease an overactive sympathetic system (fight or flight) which causes your biochemical stress pathways to sky rocket leading to a multitude of unfavorable biological processes such as:
▪️ lowered immune system
▪️ increased insulin resistance
▪️ gastrointestinal changes
▪️ chronic pain
▪️ decrease in energy
▪️ insomnia
▪️ plus more
Here’s one of my favorite breathing techniques for activating the parasympathetic system (rest, digest, replenish, heal and rejuvenate) which dampens the sympathetic system.
