Ziggy Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, has been a steadfast supporter of Israel, intertwining his musical career with advocacy and personal connections to the Jewish state. Their marriage has deepened his personal bond with Jewish traditions and Israel. They have celebrated Jewish holidays together, and their children are exposed to both Jamaican and Jewish cultures.  • Cultural Affinities: Marley has expressed admiration for Jewish culture, noting parallels between Rastafarianism and Judaism, particularly in their shared emphasis on spirituality and historical connections. He has mentioned feeling “jealous” of the rich traditions and communal aspects of Jewish life.  Recent Activities: • Public Statements: In October 2023, amid escalating conflicts, Marley signed an open letter alongside other artists, expressing support for Israel and condemning terrorism. He also emphasized the importance of protecting civilians and denouncing violence against innocents.
