🎾 Summer Tennis Camp Week 3 Recap 🎾

Week 3 has come to a close, and what a fantastic week it was! Our campers continued sharpening their tennis skills, growing their confidence, and building new friendships while enjoying plenty of fun on the courts.

Our Summer Tennis Camp runs each weekday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, creating the perfect setting for young athletes to learn the game, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Week 3 highlights included:
🎾 Continued stroke development and skill-building drills
🏃 Agility, balance, and footwork training
💪 Increased confidence through practice and match play
🤝 Teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive encouragement
🎉 Fun games, tennis challenges, and friendly competition

The dedication and excitement our campers showed this week were truly inspiring. Their continued growth, perseverance, and support for one another made for another fantastic week of tennis and fun.

Each week of Summer Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, providing young players with the perfect opportunity to learn, improve, and have a great time in a positive environment.

🎾❤️ Happening Now - The 2nd Annual Rally for a Cause! ❤️🎾

The Wellington Tennis Center is proud to partner with for the 2nd Annual Rally for a Cause, a charity tennis tournament dedicated to supporting local seniors and strengthening our community.

After the success of last year's event, we're excited to have the event, players, supporters, and community members come together again for a day of tennis, camaraderie, and giving back! Proceeds from the tournament help fund essential non-medical services that allow seniors to age safely and provide additional assistance

Through Our Community Cares, local seniors receive:

✅ FREE transportation to essential appointments
✅ Grocery shopping assistance
✅ Friendly social visits
✅ Hospitality phone calls that provide connection and companionship

At Wellington Tennis Center, we're honored to host an event that combines the spirit of competition with a mission of compassion. Every participant, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors throughout our community.

Amanda brings incredible energy to the court and is always uplifting her teammates. She gives her all on every point, brings a positive attitude wherever she goes, and makes everyone around her feel welcome. Her social spirit and competitive drive make her a true pleasure to be around, and we are so happy to have her as part of the Wellington Tennis Center family.

We’re excited to highlight Amanda during National Tennis Month and celebrate all that she brings to our tennis community! 🎾

She does a fantastic job helping with our beginner kids, bringing patience, encouragement, and so much positivity to every session. On top of that, she went undefeated during last season’s ladies team—an incredible accomplishment!

Her bubbly personality and energy make her a joy to be around both on and off the court. We’re so lucky to have Shauna as part of our tennis family! 💛

From competing in leagues to joining our team as part-time staff, she brings the same energy and passion in everything she does. Her love for tennis has grown beyond playing into helping support our programs during the week and at special events. She’s truly a joy to have around the tennis center!
