Five years ago I was sitting in a conference room getting interviewed by Bailey. Can you just imagine that for a moment? Both of us, asking one another questions about what makes us qualified and how it would be to work with one another. Fast-forward to today, our daily questions consist of ”what coffee order do you want?” and “what’s for dessert?” after every meal including breakfast. I love being able to work alongside my best friend, doing what we both love. BC Sports and everything that has come from our devotion to growing young woman has been the most rewarding thing I could have ever asked for my career. I am forever grateful that you found my answers to your interview questions bareable enough to want to hire me haha—I love you B! -C

Success comes in many forms. It is not always about, "how well are you hitting?" BUT are you being a good HITTER!!! The best hitters understand the concept that batting average is not an important stat in defining the QUALITY of their performance.
