If you are a bread lover (like me), it is always better to make your own then to buy in the store. There are a lot of recipes out there how to make bread, but this is my favorite ( my moms ).
What you will need:
* 70g flour ( I use 450g wheat flour and 300g white flour but you can do it any way you prefer)
* One small bag of dry yeast
* 1 Tbsp salt
* 1/2 tsp sugar
* 1TBSP olive oil
* Any seeds you want inside ( i used sunflower seeds and oats inside )
* Warm, but not hot water around 300-400 ml
* 1TBSP butter (optional)

Mix all the ingredients together besides butter and water. Then slowly start adding water little by little with your hand until you get a good dough consistency. Once you do that, cover the dough and let it sit for 1hr until it doubles up in the size. Then mix it once again with your hand and put it on a baking sheet in a form of bread. On top of it add some more oats and a few slices of butter and let it sit for another 30 minutes uncovered. Bake it for 15 minutes on 250 C and then another 20 minutes on 150 or until it is golden brown. Remove it from the oven and put few more butter slices on top of it and cover it again. When it cools down it is ready to eat and keep it max 2 days outside. Then if you have leftovers, cut it up and leave it in the fridge.

This little guy kept me busy for the last three months, so I haven't been as active on this profile! However, I do want to share how I stayed healthy and fit throughout my pregnancy as well as the fact that in only 1 week after having him, I was back at my usual weight! One word: ! A lot of people ask me how I start my day off.. Every day I start it by hydrating and detoxicating my body with aloe 🍃( hydrates the body and gets rid of the toxins) and with ✔️which wakes me up the same as coffee does, just the difference is that the coffee has fried caffeine and it gives us the fat to our body, but the tea burns the fat because it consists of natural caffeine 💯👌🏻
And with that of course my meal replacement shake that gives my body the best fuel for the day 💪🏻

Happy Hump Day 🙃💪🏻 One of the most common “problems” about health/fitness that people complain about is something like this: “ I really gave my all to accomplish something, I am struggling so much but there is no results”. Before you say this sentence or start thinking like this, try to ask yourself couple of questions and have HONEST answers to them:

1. Am I really giving my ALL?🤔
2. What does that ALL include? Does the word ALL include just few healthy meals here or there? Does it include just few workouts that I do here and there?
3. How much ALL of that is realistic?Maybe only my perception is wrong? Maybe I am not giving enough?🙉
4. Do I understand that giving my ALL is for a longer period, not just 1 week or a month?
6. Do I see this journey as suffering? If yes- can I discover its cause?
7. Is it harder for me to workout or eat right? Maybe both? If yes- what can I do to find an alternative for a tough hour in the gym or that piece of chicken that I didn’t like?
8. Am I usually an impatient person? Do I want to work on that?😋 Maybe to some of you this will sound like nonsense, but being healthy and taking care of your body doesn’t start with shakes, healthy meals, squats, but from personality. Personality that is ready for discipline, work and patience. Yes, definitely patience. To be fit it is a tough job. But it is important to be tough not just “in muscles”, but in mindset also.🙃
