Golden Oaks Farm Inc. opened the 2019 Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL with great results!

Davos, owned by Woodland Way Inc., ridden by Peggy O'Meara and trained by Heidi Fish was champion in the Adult Amateur Hunters during week 2 of the festival. Davos swept all five classes while earning the tri-color! Peggy and Davos just became a team in early December 2018 and look forward to a very successful partnership. Special thanks to Jose Ochoa and Lane Change Farm.

Just Nick, also owned by Woodland Way Inc., ridden by Peggy O'Meara and trained by Heidi Fish earned reserve championship honors in the Adult Amateur Hunters during week 1 of the festival. Davos was also a class winner during week 1! Special thanks again to Jose Ochoa for a great job!

Just Nick and Peggy O'Meara ended the 2018 winter season with the Circuit Reserve Championship honors in the Adult Amateur Hunters at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL. Showing in 9 of the 12 weeks of ultra competitive competition, Nick and Peggy were champions 3 weeks and reserve champion 3 weeks as well! Congratulations Peggy and trainer Heidi Fish! Another great week for Team Golden Oaks Farm! Just Nick and Margaret O'Meara were reserve champion in the Adult Amateur Hunters earning top ribbons in all classes! Judy Lefferdink is back in the saddle with Gucci and getting ready to get back in the show ring. Our young horses Peanut and Walnut are progressing nicely!

Our success is due to a tremendous horseman and one of the greatest hunter riders to look through a bridle, Heidi Fish. I am honored and blessed to have Heidi in my life and to have learned so much from her. We can't do it without our Heidi!!!!
