WES Cartwheels (3 videos) 🤸 🤸‍♂️❤️❤️We are working so hard at cartwheels and sideways movement. These are NOT easy! Kids did a great job and done even tried on the balance beam!!

DKE 5 videos warm up & stretch and cartwheels!! We are all at different stages of learning cartwheels and that is no problem! We go at our own pace and cheer on our friends! These are NOT easy and take lots of practice. We also did lots of sideways activities. Kids worked hard!!

Planet Kids VPK 1 video and pics so much fun seeing old faces and some new friends too! We stretched, did some cardio to music and had fun moving during our obstacle course. Forward rolls, balancing, jumping on two feet, hopscotch, holding small bars and straddle jumps & more! We worked up a sweat! See you all next week for new skills & more fun 😃🤸‍♂️

Day 1 of gymnastics for the littles and they were amazing!!! We did forward rolls, balancing on the beam, jumping in 2 feet, hopscotch, safety landings, sideways walks on balance beam and more!
