I’ve been neglecting the business page a bit for the last part of the season mainly because we were booked out. Here’s a bit of a august recap. Absolutely incredible season on the lake for us! Tons of limit trips, tons of trips that were really close to limit trips but more importantly we had TONS of fun and made great memories with a lot of great folks. A huge thanks to everyone who booked with us this year, we hope to see you back in the boat next year! It’s also never too early to reserve your spot for next season if you know what date you’d like.

It is now time to focus on the river for the remainder of the season. Our September is booked out for kings in the river. BUT, we do have some October and November availability on the Big Manistee river for the remainder of salmon and fall steelhead. As always let’s go catch some fish! Call or text Capt. This weeks update. A couple of really good looking fish for may 9th. Steelhead is winding way down. We hooked right around 10
Steelhead, 10 trout and a few suckers today on bobbers. This concludes our fall/winter/spring steelhead season. Happy birthday Erik Hileski thank you for spending the day with us and continuing to support steelhead nation outfitters. Looking forward to seeing you fellas on Lake Michigan 🤟🏻

Weekly update! Steelhead fishing still remains great for now! Lou and Cathy from Florida put right around 40 steelhead in the boat with us in 2 days. There are a few chrome fish, some dark fish and some spawned out fish hanging around. Still plenty enough of them to go play with, give us a shout! Tippy dam recreation area is back open to the public for anyone who doesn’t know. Trips are resumed and the books are opened back up until may 10th then we’re off to Lake Michigan. Fish on!!

Weekly update. High water on the big manistee river has closed tippy dam for the time being. These photos were 1 day before it was way too high to fish. BUT, we are doing one final end of season push from Sunday April 26th up until may 10th water is coming down and there’s still a bunch of fish around. If you are itching to catch some fish we get on them, every day. Don’t miss out, let’s get em!
