Proud of our newest addition to our advanced class!!
He wanted to spar on day 2 😂 Chris came with no experience in any type of boxing or sports and I told him if he took it seriously and put in the work, 3 months and I’ll re evaluate..
He started with unlimited classes, then 1 on 1 sessions, and now that he’s 3 months in.. Gear up!
I saw a drive in him that stood out immediately and once he learned how to punch, he started punching with purpose and patience! He worked through the awkward faze that kicks in after the 2nd month.. ( that’s when most people quit.. ) I went a couple of rounds with him today and he’s advancing now to be able to spar others. Hard work pays off!

Just wanted to thank the ones who helped get the bag stand moved over and new uppercut bags up. We now have 20 heavy punching bags/ 4 speed bags/
2 double end bags/ 3 swing bars / and 2 cobra bags.
Please note, We will be using the 1st door by the Boxing Ring to enter the rink from now on. Do not enter the rink by the old door where the leg of the bag stand now partially blocks.
Also, next month we will be adding an additional class for 13-up on Tuesdays from 6-7pm.
