✨ 3 YEARS OF ON A FIT-GRIND ✨
Three years ago, I decided it was time to start my next chapter and leave the healthcare industry.
I had a vision of helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, not just in the gym, but in life. What I couldn’t have imagined was how much this journey would grow and how many incredible people would become part of it.
Through all the ups and downs that life throws at us, we are stronger than ever.
Together we’ve lost inches and body fat, gained strength and confidence, improved mobility, built healthier habits, overcome injuries and setbacks, hit personal records, and proven that consistency truly changes lives.
This past year alone has been an exciting one. We’ve grown from 2 small groups to 5, welcomed so many new faces into the community, and launched our Science of Stretching classes to help people move and feel better both inside and outside the gym.
What I’m most proud of isn’t the growth of the business, it’s the people behind it. The early mornings, the accountability, the encouragement, the friendships, and the commitment to showing up even when life gets hard.

Our Pelvic Floor:🫣
This is a topic that affects far more people (both men & women) than we realize, especially with chronic hip pain, low back tension, core instability, improper bracing when lifting, postpartum recovery, aging, or persistent movement limitations.
I wanted to share this FREE workshop with Dr. Rachel Phillips from Kinetic Physical Therapy. She specializes in pelvic floor therapy and overall chronic pain. So many people could truly benefit from this conversation.
Pelvic floor health can impact:

• bladder urgency
• movement quality
• lifting performance

I’ll be taking some time away 5/20–5/25 to recharge, soak up some family time, and enjoy the holiday weekend. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the strong women out there. 💕
To the moms, grandmas, bonus moms, stepmoms, aunties, caregivers, dog moms, and the women who show up every day loving and supporting others in big and small ways — today is for you.
The ones balancing schedules, carrying the mental load, showing up exhausted, putting everyone else first, and still trying to take care of themselves too.
Strength isn’t just built in the gym.
It’s built in the early mornings, the sacrifices, the patience, the resilience, and the love you give day after day.
To the women lifting more than weights — we see you.
Keep showing up. Keep choosing yourself too. 💪

She showed up.
She stayed consistent.
She trusted the process — without letting the scale define her.
And then THIS happens. 🙌

When met Jennifer 12 months ago, and she said something we’ll never forget:
“I made a promise to myself to make my health and fitness a priority… that’s why I’m here. I’ve never worked out, never stepped foot in a gym—but I’m ready.”
And honestly… ready doesn’t even begin to describe what she’s done this past year.
What makes this so special is her willingness to learn, her commitment to real, sustainable habits, and her consistency. 🙌
In 12 months, Jennifer has:
• Lost 38 lbs
• Lost over 27 inches
• Dropped 7% body fat
• All while maintaining her muscle mass 💪
But the numbers aren’t the best part.
What stands out most is her consistency and how much she cares about learning.
She didn’t just show up, she leaned in.
Focused on form. Asked questions.
Took pride in perfecting her squat, bench, and deadlift.
Week after week.
Through progress and plateaus.
Without needing things to be perfect.
She embraced strength training, committed to sustainable nutrition, and built habits that last.
This is what real transformation looks like.

Let’s normalize moms wanting more✨
Not just surviving the day…

Taking care of yourself doesn’t take away from your family,
it elevates everything around you.❤️
