Congrats to Rylee and Quinn for earning their grey and white belts tonight!! These two hard workers have put in consistent work in our little kids class and have done a lot of growing up on the mats!

Little kids: 5-5:45
Big kids: 5:45-6:45
Adults: 7:00pm

Our new schedule starting Monday 5/4! Our big kids class is moving to a full hour!! We are very excited for this!!

Due to the apocalyptic forecast, kids classes for this evening, 4/27, are cancelled. Adult class at 7pm is still on for now. Please stay safe out there!

Congrats to Jeremiah for earning his grey/black belt last night! He’s one of our OG kids and it’s cool to see what an awesome young man he’s growing into!

Thanks to Lloyd Wideman of the St Louis Outlaws for coming and checking out our gym today! Keep an eye out for the Outlaws debuting on the PGF next season!! Great times with some great people.
