Trainer Tip Tuesday!! 🧐 Push Ups! You can love them! You can hate them!!! BUT good form is key to get the most out of the work out.Follow this Push-Up Alignment Checklist. 🗒
1️⃣ Hands are slightly wider than your shoulders, but directly under your shoulders.
2️⃣ Your head is neutral with your spine, and your chin is untucked from your chest.
3️⃣ Your core is activated.
4️⃣ Your quads and hip flexors are contracting.
5️⃣ When lowering to the ground, your elbows should be at a 45 degree angle to your body taking your chest all the way to the ground.
If we all ate the same meals and did the same workouts, we would still have different bodies. (Read that again) 
We ALL do it!!! The compare game!!! We see that one person on Instagram, in a magazine, in person...... “if I can only look like her/him”
TIME TO STOP!!!!

Tuesday Trainer Tip...
🌙You won't be successful at losing weight or being healthy until you get over the idea of "fast". STOP looking for a quick fixes, stop putting harmful chemicals in your body, stop buying unnecessary pills, stop starving yourself. Eat clean, do cardio, strength train, and have patience!
Trust the process!

If your Cardio and dance fitness classes keep your feet moving, pivoting, lifting and chaussée-ing… fast. What you need is a shoe that keeps up and helps you avoid athletic injury.

These wrist-worn monitors are a handy way to track your daily steps, and they’re probably more accurate than the tally from your smartphone, which you might not carry with you every waking moment. Most wearable gadgets also offer an array of other data, such as your heart rate, walking pace, and more.
But does using one affect how active people are? According to the largest study to date on the topic, the answer is yes! Regular physical activity is vital for a healthy heart, and the improvements seen in this study could potentially make a difference, says Dr. Megan Wasfy, a cardiologist at the Cardiovascular Performance Laboratory at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital.
