Colorburst Glide
🛒 https://shop.unfocussed.com/featured/colorburst-glide-bill-and-linda-tiepelman.html

Once upon a time, in a land where dreams intertwined with reality, there lived a peculiar bird named Huebert. Huebert wasn't your average bird—oh no, he was a magnificent creature with feathers that shimmered in every color of the rainbow. His plumage was so vibrant that when he flew, he left trails of sparkling colors in the sky, much to the amazement of all who saw him.

Despite his dazzling appearance, Huebert had one small problem: he was terribly afraid of heights. Yes, a bird afraid of heights! His friends found it quite amusing and often teased him gently.

"Come on, Huebert! You’re a bird! Flying is what you’re supposed to do!" chirped Sparky the Sparrow, flapping his wings excitedly.

Huebert would ruffle his feathers in embarrassment. "Easy for you to say, Sparky. You don’t leave a glittering light show behind you. It’s hard to be inconspicuous!"

But deep down, Huebert longed to soar high in the sky, to feel the wind beneath his wings and the thrill of freedom. One day, as he was hopping along the ground, he heard a rustle in the bushes. Out popped Lila, a mischievous little fairy with a knack for getting into trouble.

"Hello, Huebert!" she giggled. "What’s a splendid bird like you doing down here?"

Huebert sighed. "I’m afraid of heights, Lila. It’s embarrassing."

Lila’s eyes twinkled with mischief and kindness. "I have an idea! How about a little magic to help you overcome your fear?"

Huebert tilted his head, intrigued but cautious. "What kind of magic?"

Lila sprinkled a handful of fairy dust over him. "A sprinkle of courage and a dash of humor. Now, flap those wings and think happy thoughts!"

Huebert felt a warm sensation spread through his feathers. Tentatively, he flapped his wings and rose a few feet off the ground. "Hey, this isn’t so bad," he thought, trying to muster more confidence.

Lila cheered him on. "That’s it, Huebert! Higher and higher!"

As he climbed higher, Huebert's initial fear started to melt away. He laughed, feeling a sense of joy he had never known. The sky seemed to welcome him, and the sun’s rays danced on his iridescent feathers, creating a spectacular display of colors.

Just then, he heard a voice from below. It was Sparky, watching in awe. "Huebert, you look amazing up there! You’re like a living rainbow!"

Huebert chuckled, his fear forgotten. He swooped and twirled, creating loops and spirals of color in the sky. The other birds and forest creatures gathered, mesmerized by the dazzling show. Huebert felt a sense of pride and happiness swell within him.

"See, Huebert," Lila called out, her voice filled with warmth, "sometimes all we need is a little push and a sprinkle of magic to realize our true potential."

From that day on, Huebert embraced his colorful flights, filling the skies with hope and joy wherever he went. He became a symbol of courage, reminding everyone that even the most vibrant dreams can come true with a bit of magic and a lot of heart.

And so, in the realm where dreams and reality danced together, Huebert the magnificent bird soared through life with a heart full of hope and a trail of colors that painted the sky with endless possibilities.

Cosmic Bloom Balance
🛒 https://shop.unfocussed.com/featured/cosmic-bloom-balance-bill-and-linda-tiepelman.html

Once upon a time, in a realm where the celestial met the terrestrial, there existed a grand garden known as the Cosmic Bloom. This garden was unlike any other, for it embodied the delicate balance of the universe itself. In the heart of this garden lay a magnificent flowerbed shaped like the ancient symbol of Yin and Yang, with one half bathed in the gentle hues of night and the other glowing with the brilliance of day.

The left side of the garden, known as the Moonlit Meadow, was ruled by Luna, the serene Moonflower. Luna’s blossoms were a tranquil blue and purple, spreading calm and peace throughout the meadow. She was loved by all nocturnal creatures, who found solace in her soft glow. The air was always cool and refreshing, and the stars above seemed to sing lullabies to the weary souls who wandered there.

On the right side, known as the Sunlit Glade, reigned Sol, the radiant Sunflower. Sol’s petals were vibrant shades of orange and yellow, filling the glade with warmth and energy. Her light nurtured all diurnal creatures, who thrived under her brilliant rays. The atmosphere was always vibrant and alive, with the sunbirds singing joyful songs that echoed through the glade.

For eons, Luna and Sol lived harmoniously, respecting the space and needs of each other. The garden flourished as a haven of balance, where every plant and creature found their place in the grand tapestry of life. However, a shadow of discord loomed as the creatures of the Moonlit Meadow grew envious of the warmth and energy of the Sunlit Glade. They longed for the vibrant light that Sol provided and whispered amongst themselves that they deserved to bask in her radiance.

Similarly, the inhabitants of the Sunlit Glade yearned for the tranquility and coolness of the Moonlit Meadow. They envied the peaceful nights and the soothing aura of Luna’s blossoms. Whispers of discontent spread, and soon, both sides began to encroach upon each other's territory, disrupting the perfect balance that had been maintained for so long.

Luna and Sol, distressed by the growing unrest, met at the center of the garden to find a solution. “We must remind our realms of the importance of balance and harmony,” Luna said softly. “Without it, the Cosmic Bloom will wither, and all will be lost.”

Sol nodded in agreement, her golden petals shimmering with resolve. “Let us share our gifts with each other’s realms, so they may understand the beauty of coexistence.”

And so, Luna and Sol each offered a part of their essence to the other. Luna gifted Sol with the serene glow of her night, and Sol shared the warmth and vitality of her day. As they did, the garden began to transform. The Moonlit Meadow now had gentle pockets of warm light, and the Sunlit Glade was graced with patches of soothing coolness.

The creatures, seeing the new wonders in their realms, realized the folly of their envy. They learned that the true beauty of the Cosmic Bloom lay in the harmony of its contrasts. The coolness of night complemented the warmth of day, and the peace of Luna’s glow enhanced the energy of Sol’s rays. Together, they formed a complete and perfect whole.

From that day forward, the garden thrived as a symbol of balance. The Moonlit Meadow and Sunlit Glade coexisted in mutual respect, each appreciating the unique gifts of the other. And the Cosmic Bloom stood as a testament to the power of harmony, reminding all who visited that in unity and balance, true beauty is found.

Nectar's Little Protector
🛒 https://shop.unfocussed.com/featured/nectars-little-protector-bill-and-linda-tiepelman.html

In the heart of a mystical forest, where golden sunlight danced through the leaves, lived a charming baby dragon named Nugget. Nugget had shimmering scales that looked like they were made of pure honey. This little dragon had a unique passion—Nugget loved bees.

Every day, Nugget would flutter to a favorite tree branch where a bustling beehive thrived. The bees there were Nugget's friends, and they had a special understanding. Nugget would protect the hive from any harm, and in return, the bees would share their sweet honey. But there was something else that made Nugget's visits special—Nugget loved to tell the bees fascinating facts about themselves.

One sunny morning, as Nugget delicately held a honeycomb dripping with golden nectar, the bees gathered around, buzzing with excitement.

"Did you know," Nugget began, "that bees have five eyes? Two large compound eyes and three smaller simple eyes on top of their heads!"

The bees buzzed in approval, seemingly amused by Nugget's endless curiosity.

"And guess what?" Nugget continued with a twinkle in his eye, "A bee's wings beat 200 times per second! That's why they make that buzzing sound we all love."

As Nugget shared these facts, the bees danced around, their wings humming a happy tune. Nugget's scales gleamed in the sunlight, creating a magical scene of shimmering gold and fluttering wings.

"And here's a funny one," Nugget chuckled, "Bees communicate through a dance called the 'waggle dance' to tell each other where the best flowers are. Imagine if we dragons danced like that to find our favorite snacks!"

The bees waggled in agreement, enjoying the idea of a dancing dragon.

But Nugget's facts weren't just fun; they were also educational. "Did you know," Nugget said thoughtfully, "that bees are incredibly important for pollination? They help plants grow by moving pollen from one flower to another. Without bees, many of the foods we love wouldn't exist."

The bees buzzed appreciatively, knowing how essential their work was.

Nugget continued, "And here's a cool fact: bees can recognize human faces! So, if you ever think a bee remembers you, it probably does!"

The bees swirled around Nugget, their buzzing forming a harmonious melody that echoed through the forest.

One day, while Nugget was sharing another bee fact, a curious squirrel approached. "What are you talking about, Nugget?" the squirrel asked.

"I'm sharing amazing facts about bees!" Nugget replied enthusiastically. "For instance, bees have a special stomach called a honey stomach where they store nectar before bringing it back to the hive to make honey."

The squirrel listened intently, fascinated by the tiny creatures it had never given much thought to before.

"And did you know," Nugget added with a grin, "that a single bee will only produce about one-twelfth of a teaspoon of honey in its lifetime? That's why teamwork in the hive is so important."

As the days passed, Nugget's bee facts became famous in the forest. Animals from all around would gather to hear the little dragon's latest discoveries. Nugget was more than just a protector of the bees; Nugget was their storyteller, educator, and friend.

And so, in that magical forest, Nugget the dragon and the bees lived in harmony, spreading knowledge and sweetness wherever they went. The bees continued their vital work, and Nugget kept sharing their incredible stories, ensuring that everyone understood just how extraordinary these tiny creatures truly were.

And every time Nugget told a bee fact, the forest seemed to buzz a little brighter, filled with the magic of knowledge and the sweet harmony of nature.

Warden of the Water's Edge
🛒 https://shop.unfocussed.com/featured/warden-of-the-waters-edge-bill-and-linda-tiepelman.html

In the mystical groves of Eaglewood Forest, where the trees whispered secrets of old and the waters held reflections of the sky, there dwelled Eleanor, the grand eagle, known affectionately by the locals as Ellie. Eleanor was not just any eagle; she was the self-appointed guardian of the forest, patrolling the edges of Lake Mirrormist with an air of dignity and a touch of humor that endeared her to all.

Every year, as Mother’s Day approached, the forest buzzed with excitement, not just for the celebrations of the mothers who nurtured life in all its forms, but for the spectacle that was Eleanor’s annual Mother’s Day Parade. It was an event that had begun as a small affair—a mere flyover to salute all the mothers of the forest. But under Eleanor’s enthusiastic and somewhat dramatic wing, it had evolved into a grand show of aerial acrobatics, featuring Ellie and her team of spirited sparrows, the "Spiral Squadron."

This particular Mother’s Day was even more special. The forest had decided to honor Mother Nature herself, and Eleanor was determined to pull off a performance that would be remembered for ages. The rehearsals were intense, with Eleanor coaching her squadron with the precision of a drill sergeant but the warmth of a mother hen.

"Remember, team, it’s not just about flying; it’s about soaring with style!" Eleanor would say, her feathers impeccably preened into spirals that glinted in the sunlight.

The big day arrived, and the forest creatures gathered by Lake Mirrormist, their eyes skyward, waiting in eager anticipation. Eleanor kicked off the parade with a spectacular splash landing, water droplets sparkling like diamonds around her. The crowd gasped in delight as she emerged from the mist, her spiraled feathers creating an otherworldly glow.

As the Spiral Squadron took to the skies, performing loops and twirls, Eleanor floated gracefully above, her eyes twinkling with pride and a mischievous grin on her beak. The finale was nothing short of spectacular, with Eleanor diving towards the lake, only to pull up at the

last moment, sending a shimmering spray of water over the audience. Laughter and cheers echoed through the trees as wet, but delighted, forest dwellers applauded their spirited guardian.

Post-parade, as the forest creatures gathered for a festive feast of berries, nuts, and the freshest spring water, Eleanor mingled among them, sharing stories and jokes, her laughter as hearty as her flight was mighty.

"I tell you, if Mother Nature herself had seen our show, she'd have given us the 'Best in Flight' award!" Eleanor joked, nudging a chuckling raccoon who was trying to wrangle a pair of overexcited squirrel twins.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, the forest settled into a contented silence. Eleanor perched atop her favorite towering pine, overlooking the tranquil waters of Lake Mirrormist. She felt a profound connection to this place and its inhabitants, a bond as deep as the roots of the oldest trees.

Reflecting on the day’s events, Eleanor couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride—not just for the successful celebration, but for the spirit of community and motherly love that had filled the air. With a satisfied sigh, she tucked her spiraled feathers beneath her wings and settled in for the night, her heart full and her duties as a guardian and a celebrant, for the moment, complete.

In Eaglewood Forest, Mother’s Day was more than a celebration; it was a testament to the enduring strength and nurturing spirit of all mothers, led by the most majestic mother of them all, Eleanor, the Warden of the Water’s Edge.

The Cardinal's Confluence
🛒 https://shop.unfocussed.com/featured/the-cardinals-confluence-bill-and-linda-tiepelman.html

In the village where the forests whispered and time meandered like the gentle brooks, the appearance of a cardinal was more than a simple visit—it was a celestial message. The locals often spoke of the "Cardinals of Confluence," ethereal creatures that were said to be the spirits of guardian angels taking the shape of vivid, red birds. These cardinals perched in the fractal forests, where the boundaries between the earthly and the divine blurred.

Ella, a young artist with a curious mind and a soulful heart, had heard these tales from her grandmother. She had spent many an evening under the sprawling limbs of the fractal trees, her eyes scanning the intricate patterns for a glimpse of scarlet.

One twilight, as the sun dipped below the horizon and painted the sky with hues of an impending night, Ella ventured deeper into the fractal forest than ever before. The trees around her twisted into complex shapes, their branches curling like the endless loops of a never-ending labyrinth.

Suddenly, a gentle rustle broke the silence, and a cardinal appeared, its feathers a fiery red that glowed against the cooling air of dusk. It perched on a peculiarly twisted branch that spiraled into itself, creating a natural throne that seemed fitting for a creature of such otherworldly beauty.

Ella held her breath, her eyes locked with the cardinal's steady gaze. In that moment, she felt a warmth spreading through her chest, a comforting presence that filled her with an overwhelming sense of peace.

"My dear child," a voice whispered, not through the air but directly into her heart. It was soft and melodic, like the wind dancing through the leaves. "Do not fear the chaos of life, for within it lies beauty and strength. We watch over you, guide you, and remind you of the love that never leaves."

Tears welled in Ella's eyes as she recognized the voice. It was her grandmother's, who had passed into the realm of the angels years ago but had never truly left her side.

The cardinal fluttered its wings gently, as if acknowledging her realization, and then took flight, soaring into the fractal patterns that seemed to open and welcome it.

Ella returned home with a heart full of love and eyes open to the beauty that chaos could hold. She began to paint, her canvas a swirl of colors and emotions, capturing the essence of her encounter. Her artwork, much like the cardinal itself, became a message of hope and protection to all who saw it, a reminder that guardian spirits are always near, their presence a confluence of color and chaos, guiding us through the complexities of life.

Bouquet of Dreams
🛒 https://shop.unfocussed.com/featured/bouquet-of-dreams-bill-and-linda-tiepelman.html

In the heart of a mystical garden, where the moon whispers to the blooming night-flowers, a small Yorkie named Lila embarked on an extraordinary adventure. Each night, as the world drifted into dreams, Lila's fur transformed, blooming with the most exquisite flowers, her eyes shining like polished amber under the starry sky.

Lila was no ordinary Yorkie; she was the guardian of dreams, appointed by the Moon itself. Her mission was to traverse the dream realms, spreading joy and comfort through her magical floral aura. With each step, petals would cascade from her, crafting a path of soft, vibrant hues, leading the lost and soothing the troubled spirits of the night.

But one evening, as a peculiar comet streaked across the heavens, Lila sensed a disruption in the dreamscape—a little girl's nightmare, twisted and dark, threatening to consume her peaceful slumber. With determined heart and spirited gait, Lila ventured into the turbulent dream, her blossoming aura a beacon of hope amidst the shadows.

As she approached, the nightmare's fierce winds and ominous shadows recoiled, repelled by Lila's luminous presence. Approaching the frightened child, Lila nuzzled her gently, her floral scent enveloping the girl in warmth and tranquility. The nightmare ebbed away, replaced by visions of enchanted forests and fairy-lit glades.

With the break of dawn, as the dream realm faded and reality took its gentle hold, Lila returned to her earthly form, nestled quietly in her bed. Unbeknownst to the world, this tiny Yorkie held the power of dreams within her, safeguarding the night with her bouquet of enchantment.

In the morning, the little girl awoke, a sense of unexplained peace filling her heart. She turned to see her Yorkie, Lila, sleeping soundly beside her, a single flower petal resting upon her paw. A smile spread across her face, a silent thank you shared between dreamer and guardian.
