It’s easy to attract followers, but true impact comes when you develop leaders who can carry the vision forward.

If your leadership stops with you, it was never leadership—it was dependency. But when you equip, challenge, and empower others to lead, you create a ripple effect that lasts far beyond your own influence.

Who are you developing today?

Life is full of uncertainties—unexpected challenges, heartaches, and moments that leave us feeling overwhelmed. But Proverbs 18:10 reminds us of a powerful truth: God is our fortress. His name, His very presence, is a refuge where we find safety, peace, and strength.

When the storms of life rage, we don’t have to face them alone. God offers us a secure place to run to—a strong tower that stands firm against everything. No matter what is happening in our lives—whether we are facing financial difficulties, health challenges, broken relationships, or simply feeling weary—God is our unwavering protector.

Running to Him means trusting in His promises, resting in His faithfulness, and surrendering our worries at His feet. We may not always understand why we go through certain struggles, but we can rest assured that His fortress is impenetrable.

No matter what is happening around us, He is our shelter, our strength, and our safety.

In my book Dirty Lenses, I dive into how our experiences shape our perceptions. By taking a step back to reflect on those experiences, we gain clarity that drives personal and professional growth.

Today, Mike and I are celebrating 20 amazing years of marriage! ❤️

Mike, you’re my best friend, the love of my life, and I cannot imagine doing life without you. There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not thankful and grateful that God brought us together. You make me laugh. You make me smile. You comfort me when I’m sad. You were exactly the man I needed even when I didn’t know I needed it.

My life would be boring without you and I’m excited to spend the rest of my life with you.

There are so many words I could use to describe you wise, kind, gentle, loving consistent, handsome, caring, and I could go on and on.

Here’s to the adventures that Leah had and I love story continuing on!
