Important announcement regarding a schedule change in our region.

Beginning on 12/15/2025, our schedule will update to 5:15 start times Mon-Saturday at all Wentzville AOs.

Effectively immediately, Troy AOs will have a 5am start time on Wednesday and keep the 5:30 on Thursdays.

See below for the schedule that will become effective on 12/15/2025

● 5:00am - Ruck
● 5:30am - Bootcamp Workout

WHY: To experience all 3 Fs in just a couple of hours

Our local PD states it best. Thank you to all who have served. Today we remember you. It is also important to share appreciation to the families of those who have served as well and their strength while there loved one was away. Thank you all and may your service never be forgotten.
