Anyone see the size of the masters course in Korea?

Apparently there is no such thing as time in rank anymore, age requirements or technical ability and proficiency. It’s truly sad to see what has happened to a once amazing organization.

Cash grab with the Historic Maaters Course then nothing????
It appears when people have bought and sold rank you don’t need to actually have training or promotion of an organization.

 apparently children can participate, and everyone becomes a referee as well.
 zero representation or promotion on behalf of the so-called group of KHF USA.
How things have changed!!!!

Is the KHF hosting a “Masters Course” in Korea this year?
If not why?
Is it because people are just buying rank now and don’t need it or there is no one following KHF in Korea anymore?

Haven’t seen participation in Korea like this pictures for many years….

Seems like many people including “Leaders” within this organization are not even promoting the KHF.
In a recent seminar in the US of supposedly high ranking masters (many who didn’t even show) who bought KHF rank didn’t even wear a KHF patch none the less an actual KHF uniform.
Any time you appointment individuals who have zero history or loyalty to an organization, this is what you will get every time.
When rank is purchased and not earned there is no commitment to the organization selling it.

This is the correct process to protect the preserve the KHF, as well as Hapkido.

It has been brought to our attention individuals are trying to justify their purchase of rank with the KHF.

It is also been noted that individuals are lying about age requirements and not including or providing a 10 page thesis for eighth degree as required.

Below Is the official manual for the KHF, notice 8th dan minimum age requirement Is 50.
Apparently money can buy certificates as well as new positions created that are not In any other country.

In regards to term limits, all appointments are typically two years. However, Individuals who are actively representing the khf are not reissued appointment certificates every two years.

We were provided a voice recording of Chris Garland, a representative for the KHF US branch bragging about the sale of over 80 black belt certificates.

It has been reported to us now individuals are being encouraged to join video memberships before being recognized by the KHF.

Furthermore, just because an individual paid for Sin Moo rank that does not qualify or justify rank with the KHF. The KHF does not have 10 dans nit does Gm Ji Han Jae hold a posiogikn of leadership in ghe khf.

It seems the historic US “masters” course was nothing more then a cash grab for some and now being utilized a revenue stream!

We are receiving messages from more and more people from multiple countries in regards to individuals receiving very high level KHF Dan rank with no previous history with KHF.
Things sure have changed!
Many Masters in Korea have left to join another organization in Korea which is actually recognized by their government.

This page is now dedicated for suspicious or fraudulent activity of buying and selling Hapkido rank.
We will be pointing out questionable individuals or issuing selling or giving high rank and leadership positions that are questionable or suspicious. 
This is to include people who are claiming they have “created” their own system, but yet relying on the Hapkido name for recognition. 

This is to include the KHF in the United States or abroad. If you have been a victim of false or fraudulent, certifications or misrepresentations, please forward your information to us.

We were proud to point out the misuse of false certifications for the completion and graduation of the so-called “masters course” here in the United States. Members did not receive the appropriate certificate of completion as they were all labeled number one. Based on the fact we called it out they were corrected from Korea.
Individuals who participated in the course were given a “masters” certificate instead of a course completion certificate, which is required for a masters license.

Insividials no longer have to bow down or be threatened to belong to an organization or purchase rank.

It’s time to house clean some Hapkido and that means pointing out the people who are guilty of misrepresentation or buying a selling of rank. 

It was admitted by a person he sold over 80 KHF black belt certificates in the United States and also admitted that people did not test for them. 

Many people were sold very high rank. They were never members of the organization, did not meet the age requirement, did not do the appropriate thesis, nor have they ever attended a masters course before.

Furthermore, the KHF does not “sponsor” events or seminars that are not officially KHF events. 
Some people are attempting to use the KHF logo and claim “sponsorship” to help legitimize or add credibility to their events. 
What an absolute mess and terrible leadership all the way to Korea. Hapkidoist deserve better and the people who bought the rank are just as guilty because they know they did not earn it.

Respectfully, let’s make HKD great again!

Now is the time to ask questions….

-What about the lawsuit the KHF lost in Korea

-Why changing the name to international?

-Wasn’t the KHF doing international business before?

-Is it true the KHGA is the only hapkido organization recognized by the Korean government?

-Why wasn’t the KHF leadership in Korea honest and transparent since the lawsuit in 2018?

-So was everyone supporting and promoting the KHF all this time was doing so under false pretense?

-Where is the leaders of the KHF in the US after selling all the rank?

It’s time the KHF have honest communication with its members internationally.
People selling rank in the US knew all about this and sold rank anyway.
Could this open up a class action law suit in the US?

Buying and selling rank and distributing it through the US mail makes this type of activity a potential felony.
Hope the leadership is proud of their representation…
