Our Prodigy program is moving to Monday through Wednesdays at 4:30pm!
Our first two classes will be Tuesday November 1st and Wednesday November 2nd, free to the public. Must be 11-17, please come 10 minutes early for waivers.
Book early using the F45 Training Mobile application, space is limited to first 36 in.
New schedule starts November 1st.

Our Prodigy Summer program is ready!
We will be continuing our 7:30pm classes but also adding a 4:30pm class Monday through Friday.
Our classes are designed for 11-17 year olds but we will evaluate younger children for inclusion on a case by case basis.
The same as the adult classes this first class health and fitness program promotes healthy activity, diet control, macros, and weight control while also enhancing core muscles, balance, endurance, and proper muscle development.
We will be doing four Inbody scans this summer to teach the kids about the effects of proper nutrition, sleep, water intake, and most of all activity levels!

We are bringing back the Thursday class for Prodigy! 7:30pm now Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!
First class is free! Come about 10 minutes early to sign waivers, bring a personal towel and water bottle and get ready to rock it!
