Harris provided a tough but close day for most of the field. John Guthrie had a 11.23lbs limit to secure 1st place. He was flipping lily pads to catch his fish. In second place, Bob Stringer had 8.87lbs. Bob was throwing moving baits around docks to catch his fish. Third place was Kenny Britt, he was throwing chatter baits and flipping. And our big bass of the tournament was caught by Kevan Brown, weighing 7.69lbs, he was flipping a beaver to catch it.

Winter Haven did not provide the big weights, but the top 3 were still a close finish. In his first tournament since the first one of the year, Kevin Edwards came in first place. Kevin had 10.79 pounds he caught by flipping docks and throwing jerk baits . In second, Darrell "Pickerel" Munday had 10.22 pounds with a 4.05 pound big bass of the tournament. Darrell was finesse fishing docks. In third, John had 9.28 pounds. He was flipping reeds to catch his fish.

Lake Apopka was a tough bite for all this time around. In first place with the only limit of the tournament was Richard Dunham with 12.03lbs and a 4.77 pound big bass of the tournament. He caught his winning bag and big fish on worms and glide baits. In second place was Darrell "Pickerel" Munday, he had 3 fish for 6lbs even. Darrell was throwing spinnerbaits and chatterbaits. In third was John Guthrie, John had 3 fish for 4.68lbs. John caught his fish flipping reeds.
Next stop is the Winter Haven Chain on April 25.

It was a fun day on Lake Toho, we fished without exemptions which by FWC rules we could keep one fish over 16" which kept culling fish interesting and the weights close.
Darrell "Pickerel" Munday came in first place with 14.46lbs and a 8.53lb big bass of the tournament. He was throwing jerk baits along grass edges to catch his fish. Charles Dehlinger was second, with 12.27 pounds anchored by a 7.60 kicker. Charles was throwing topwater. Third place was Bob Stringer with 11.03 pounds. Bob was bed fishing to catch his fish.

January, Lake Parker Newsletter.
Lake Parker was tough for most, with only the top 3 catching their limit. In first place was Richard with 17.80lbs anchored by a 7.55lbs kicker. Richard was throwing chatterbaits in offshore grass and flipping pads. In second, with 17.76lbs and the big fish of the tournament at 8.27lbs is Darrell. He caught his fish flipping pads. In third was John with 10.74. John was pitching pads and reeds to catch his fish.

Newsletter for our Two-Day Classic on Lake Okeechobee:
Both days of our two-day classic started with fog delays, but we were still able to get out there and catch them good. On day one, two fish came to the scales over 8lbs. Bob Stringer had a 9.05 kicker and led day one with 14.02lbs. In second was Richard Dunham with 13.36lbs, and third was Bryan Mitko who had 12.54lbs with an 8.59lb kicker.
On day two, John Guthrie came back and took home the win. He had a limit both days with 9.36lbs on day one. And a day two weight of 15.45lbs to climb the leaderboard to the top with a total weight of 24.81lbs. John was flipping reeds to catch the winning bag. In second was Richard Dunham with a day two weight of 8.71lbs for a total weight of 22.07lbs. Richard was throwing moving baits up shallow. In third place was Robert Williams with a day one weight of 11.96lbs and a day two with 7.63lbs for a two-day total of 19.59lbs. Robert was pitching reeds with soft plastics as well.

Newsletter for our September Kissimmee Chain Tournament
Kenny Britt secured his first win of the year with a limit weighing 15.04lbs. Kenny was scrambling all day but managed to get his bites on a Carolina rig and throwing a senko. In second place was Steve Mitko with 4 fish weighing 12.08lbs. Steve had a 5.13lb kicker to help him get into second place. Steve caught his fish on frogs over submerged vegetation. In third was James Howard with a limt weighing 11.08lbs and a kicker of 6.03lbs. James caught his fish by throwing a worm around various vegetation.

Our tournament on the North Winter Haven Chain was offshore-focused, with all of the top finishers finding their fish offshore. Richard Dunham took home first place with a total weight of 23.03 lbs and also landed the tournament’s big fish—a 7.56 lb giant. Kevin Edwards secured second place with a solid 15.01 lb limit, followed by Robert Williams in third with a 13.90 lb bag.
