To all the moms, aunts, grandmas, and mother figures who pour into these boys day after day — thank you. Thank you for every early morning, every late night, every ride to practice, every packed snack bag, every cheer from the stands, and every moment spent supporting not just your own child, but this entire team.

What makes Thunder special is the family feel that surrounds these boys. The way our moms cheer for every player, encourage one another, step in to help, and love these boys like their own is something truly special.

You are helping shape more than athletes. You are helping raise young men with confidence, character, resilience, heart, and belief in themselves. These boys are becoming the people they were born to be because of the love and support behind them.

We are so grateful for every woman who stands behind this team and helps make Thunder a family. ⚡️

What a day for Thunder 8U! ⚡️

After a long, hard-fought day of baseball with 3 games, these boys came out on top as Silver Bracket Champions! 🏆

They sealed the championship with an impressive 12–4 win over Citrus Park. The game started strong with Emmanuel J launching a home run to right field in the first inning, setting the tone early. After falling behind early, Thunder battled back in a huge third inning, putting up 6 runs and taking control of the game!

The bats were on fire with 21 total hits! Emmanuel J, Trace W, Wade, and Grant M each had 3 hits, while Wade and Grant drove in 3 runs apiece. Big contributions all around, including a key double by Troy B and a clutch double play on defense. The team stayed sharp in the field all game without a single error!

This group has worked hard all season, and today it truly paid off. So proud of their grit, teamwork, and heart all season long.

Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U opened the scoring in the top of the second thanks to two singles. Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U first got on the board when Brees A singled, scoring one run.

Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U added one run in the third. Emmanuel J singled to center field, making the score 3-0.

Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U piled up 20 hits in the game. Emmanuel drove the middle of the lineup, leading Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U with three runs batted in. The number three hitter went 1-for-3 on the day. Greyson S and Brees each collected three hits for Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U. Jeiden W, Jaxon B, Trace W, Troy B, Grant M, and Sawyer N each collected multiple hits for Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U. Wesley Chapel Thunder 8U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Jeiden had the most chances in the field with four.

This weekend, our Thunder 8U team had a day of fun The University of Tampa Men's baseball game. They met with the players and were on the field for the national anthem. The boys had a blast!

Starting the day with a BIG win! The boys battled every inning and finished strong!
