FRIDAY FORM FIX ✨

Des is showing us one small adjustment that can make a BIG difference in how this movement feels.

When you press out, avoid letting your back arch or lifting your head to look forward. Instead, draw your abs in, keep your back flat, lengthen through your spine, and keep your gaze down so your head stays in line with the rest of your body.

The goal? Core engaged. Spine aligned. Movement controlled.

Because in Pilates, it’s not just about doing the move — it’s about doing it with intention. 💪
