Our small group classes at the studio hit differently 🔥
No random, thrown together workouts like many other gyms. ❌
You follow a program here. 4 week cycles with intentional lifting and progress. Better form. Heavier weights. 🏋️♀️
Then, just when your body has adapted and you've built confidence, we switch it up and start a new cycle. ↔️
That's how you get stronger...not by doing something completely different every day, but by practicing, progressing, and putting in consistent reps. 💪

In honor of my birthday and Pride month, we are doing things a little different 🥳🏳️🌈
Come join us at the fitness court for a *donation based* full body workout this Sunday June 7th at 8am. All donations will go to Diverse & Resilient, which is a non-profit organization based in Milwaukee. 🫶
Diverse & Resilient's mission is to achieve health equity and improve the safety and well-being of LGBTQ people and communities in Wisconsin. ✨
if you are a beginner or it's your first time at the court, no worries! I explain the movements and show modifications before the workout begins. It's a really welcoming, fun, and supportive environment to be in! 🙌💪
