Congratulations to Wisconsin PGA Member Brendan Locke on being named the recipient of the Sarcoma Foundation of America’s 2026 Public Policy Impact Award!

Since his late wife Melissa, was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma in 2016, Brendan has turned his personal experience with sarcoma into a powerful commitment to advocacy. His efforts helped secure federal recognition of July as National Sarcoma Awareness Month, bringing greater visibility to the sarcoma community.

Earlier this year Brendan was also honored with the WPGA’s Deacon Palmer Award, recognizing his outstanding integrity, character, and leadership in overcoming a major obstacle in his life.

We are proud to see Brendan’s impact recognized on a national level. Join us in congratulating him on this outstanding honor! 💙
