The official page of the South Shore Soccer Club. To date, the club has raised over $425,000!! The Club has seen a lot of change recently.

The West Babylon South Shore Soccer Club has been in existence for approximately 50 years and is currently home to over 500 youth soccer players of varying competitive levels. Our club prides itself on the development of it’s players, being competitive, having fun and giving back to our local community. Every spring, the club hosts the Town of Babylon Supervisor’s Cup—a tournament style “soccer marathon” that raises money to aid children with extreme illness and their families. Each year, the club also awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors who have had involvement within the club. In 2015, we no longer held mandatory monthly player and coach meetings. Instead, the club opted to disseminate information to its members via a regular newsletter, various social media platforms, and the launch of a brand new website. We also welcomed the Attacking Soccer Academy (ASA) to the family and plan to have a mutually beneficial relationship for many years to come. We are always looking for volunteers! Please do not hesitate to ask how you can help out. We offer a home to players of various ages and skill levels. If you are new to the game, we offer intramural programs and provide knowledgeable trainers to assist each team. If you are seeking a competitive team, we also offer travel teams for most age groups.

Today, the South Shore SC / Lions United FC families pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We remember the victims, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

May their courage, sacrifice, and memory never be forgotten. 🇺🇸❤️

⚽ WE’RE HIRING – YOUTH SOCCER TRAINERS! ⚽

South Shore Soccer Club is looking for energetic, reliable individuals to help with our youth intramural soccer program!

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with kids and can help create a fun, positive, and encouraging environment for our young players.

📅 Typical Schedule:

* Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 5:00–8:00 PM
* Saturdays: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM

⚽ What We’re Looking For:

* Reliable and enthusiastic
* Comfortable working with children
* Able to help run practices, drills, and game-day activities
* Soccer or coaching experience is a plus, but not required
* Great opportunity for current/former players, coaches, teachers, youth program staff, or anyone who enjoys working with kids!

💵 Paid position – competitive hourly rate based on experience
