Kwaku competed at IPF Worlds and had his best meet to date with some absolutely ridiculous numbers in the 132 class! He squatted 507, benched 308, deadlifted 567, and totaled 1383 to take 4th place🔥

We are so proud to have him as a part of our community and are very excited to see what he does in the future!

Edwin recently competed at the USAPL Equipped Nationals powerlifting meet where he placed 1st for his division!

Along with the win, Edwin also took over the 220 equipped bench spot on our board🔥
