Today we pause to remember and honor the courageous heroes who gave everything in service to our country. 🇺🇸🙏



Their sacrifice, bravery, and selflessness will never be forgotten, and we are forever grateful for the freedom and safety they helped to protect.



Our studio will be closed today (Monday, 5/25/26) in observance of Memorial Day, but we’ll be back and ready to rock tomorrow (Tuesday, 5/26/26)! 🥋

PS – Special shout out to our karate moms 🥋💪 for rocking the mat with us during Mothers’ Appreciation Week last week! They’re an inspiration and living proof that it’s possible to start an exciting martial arts journey as an adult!

It was such an honor to host the Region 9 High Rank class yesterday! 🥋



We had martial artists from Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine all rocking the mat.



There were cardio / conditioning drills, there was advanced sword work, but most of all there were family vibes!

Huge thank you to the Greendale YMCA for putting together another awesome Healthy Kids Day this past Saturday (4/18)! 🥳🏋️



We had a great time connecting with so many families, breaking boards, and bringing the energy to the gym! 🥋💥 And getting to spend some time with Woofster from the WooSox definitely added to the excitement! 🐾⚾



We’re grateful for the strong partnership we have with the YMCA and for the opportunity to be part of such a great community event. 🙏

Teacher Appreciation Week is a few weeks away, but it’s never too early to celebrate the amazing teachers and staff in the school system, especially those in our hometown of West Boylston! 🏫 🍎

You make a positive and deeply impactful difference in the lives of your students each and every day and there are simply no words to describe how much you’re appreciated! Keep being the real life superheroes that you are! 🦸

Our Easter Egg Hunt was this past Saturday and it was a beautiful sunny morning filled with excitement and lots of smiling faces!! 🐰🐣

It was an honor and a pleasure to host Girl Scout Troop #65522 for an awesome night of karate! 🥋

These amazing young women warriors learned some basics, took on new challenges, and broke boards with confidence 💪

They also gave back by donating food to support the West Boylston Food Pantry! Excellent job ladies! 🙌

Congratulations to the “Gritty 11” 1️⃣1️⃣ for rocking and passing the Region 9 Black Belt test last month on 2/7/26! They worked super hard to prepare and they knocked it out of the park! 🥋

This weekend, at the Region 9 Championship 🏆, we’ll have the honor of presenting them with their well deserved promotions!
