Outside Operations Staff – Wachusett Country Club
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Wachusett Country Club is looking for dependable team members to assist with the daily operations of our golf facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outside, working with a team, and helping create a great experience for golfers.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests

Clean and prepare golf carts for daily play and events

Set up and maintain the driving range and practice areas

Managing player check-ins, enforcing pace of play, and ensuring a smooth, safe experience on the course.

Clean and store golf clubs and bags

Assist with tournament and outing setup

Stay informed on daily events and course conditions

What We’re Looking For

Reliable with a positive attitude

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment

Weekend availability preferred

Great position for retirees, golfers, or anyone looking for part-time outdoor work.

We’re looking for a motivated team member to help keep our golf operations running smoothly and deliver excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities include:
• Organizing and managing pro shop merchandise
• Operating a cash register and collecting fees
• Meeting with the public, scheduling tee times, and answering questions about golf facilities
• Assisting customers with pro shop merchandise sales
• Ensuring tee times are running on schedule
• Making sure cart personnel are assisting customers properly (helping with bags, carts, etc.)
• Continuously improving operations, reducing turnaround times, and streamlining processes to provide seamless service

Position Details:
💼 Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
💲 Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
📍 Work Location: In person

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Weekends required
