Tuesdays at 5:30 pm: Power Hour (Circuit training and Pilates)
Thursdays at 5:30 pm: Step It Up (Step Aerobics) I also incorporate the use of dumbbells.
Tuesday 5:30pm: 30 minutes of circuit training followed by 30 minutes of Pilates
For circuit training there is 45 seconds of exercise with 15 second rest period between each exercise. Pilates is a low impact, relaxing exercise that aims to improve balance and total body strength. What to bring- Water and mat (there are mats available if you do not have one but they are limited)

I know consistency is something most of us struggle with, I find myself skipping that one workout here and there as well. π
That's why I surround myself with like minded people to help me keep consistency with my workouts and hold me accountable!

Everybody has to start somewhere! During my classes each and every exercise can be modified to your fitness level! Join us tomorrow at 530 for step aerobics and to get moving in the right direction!

I wanted to make finding class information a little easier so here is what each class consists of.
Tuesday 5:30pm: 30 minutes of circuit training followed by 30 minutes of Pilates

Step Aerobics is an upbeat cardio class to improve cardiorespiratory endurance. I also incorporate the use of dumbbells. Class is finished with core strengthening.
What to bring- water and a towel if you would like.
All classes are taught by a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer. Classes also begin with dynamic warm ups and end with static stretching.
Classes take place at First Fitness in West Branch in a private room.
No experience needed for either class and I accommodate for all fitness levels. Each class is $6 and after five classes you will receive one free!
