We are extremely proud of our teammate, Emma Antczak, on her commitment to continue playing softball as a DII student athlete at Lock Haven University!
Emma is one of our original Wildfire players. As we head into our sixth year, it is incredibly special to see one of the players who helped build this program take this next step in her life.
Emma’s work ethic, self-motivation, softball IQ, and drive to improve are unmatched. She has worked incredibly hard to become the player she is today. What makes her so special goes far beyond her ability on the field. She is an exceptional teammate, friend, and leader who has remained loyal to her teammates and to Wildfire through every season and every change. Through the years, we have watched our teams evolve and Emma has always been one of our constants. She has always cared about the people around her, put the team first, made softball fun, and played a huge role in leading this team to many of its successes.
We have always known how valuable you are, Emma. You are the kind of player every coach wants, every team needs, and the kind of teammate every player is lucky to have!
We can’t wait to watch you continue to make a difference at Lock Haven! Go Bald Eagles! 🔥🦅
