🥈 Proud coach moment!

Dante stepped up today and competed in his first BJJ competition, giving up 20+ pounds to his opponents—and battled his way to silver!

His final match was an absolute war, going through 3 overtime rounds before being decided by his opponent’s takedown. Dante showed heart, composure, and the willingness to keep fighting until the very end.

Great job, Dante! This is just the beginning. 🥋💪

Monday night BJJ at MAT Fitness.

Another great night on the mats with a group that’s focused on learning, improving, and helping each other along the way. Every class is a chance to sharpen the fundamentals, ask questions, and enjoy the process.

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight. Looking forward to seeing you all back on the mats soon!
