ATTENTION WEST CHESTER SHAMROCKS TACKLE FOOTBALL PARENTS & GUARDIANS!!!!

**If you have not already done so, please download the TeamSnap app.

Additionally, on a PC you will need to upload a copy of your athlete's:
1. Birth certificate
2. Most current physical assessment form from their pediatrician. This can be a photo of the documents taken from your phone.

These documents are an Independent Youth Football League (IYFL) requirement & must be submitted before the first day of heat acclimation on 7/27/26.

Directions on How to Upload a Birth Certificate to TeamSnap:

1. Log into TeamSnap: https://go.teamsnap.com/login/signin (MUST BE DONE ON PC, not thru phone app)
2. Under “My Teams,” click on your athlete’s name under their current division
3. In the blue header, click on “Media”
4. Click on “Upload First Photo”
5. Select “Click to Select File”
6. Upload a copy/photo of your athlete’s birth certificate
7. Repeat and upload their physical assessment from their pediatrician
