Ooohhhh New Website Launch πŸ‘€

Drew has his B.S. in Exercise Science, a Masters in Sports Psych and is currently going to Drexel for his degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.

He wanted a website where he could talk about:

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ psychology
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ fitness
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ nutrition
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ miscellaneous

He wanted something simple and easy to navigate which is exactly what we were able to do.

A little update: This semester I graduated with my Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Chester University. As a part of my requirements I completed a Thesis alongside and instagramless Dr. Selen Razon involving the relationship between skill imagery ability and motor cue preference, which I’m hoping to share in the coming weeks/months.

NEW DEADLIFT PR! 605! Really happy with this one. Felt great today and after multiple sets of squats I decided to go for a sumo PR. The most I've done with a sumo stance before this was 495 lbs so I'm quite happy that I beat my previous record of 600 lbs conventional.

This is without a doubt THE BEST tricep builder that I've tried to date. The first part of the lift starts with a descent similar to a close grip bench press before moving into a modified skull crusher. The bar finishes between the collar bone and the chin before pressing back up. This move can be done with either a traditional barbell or a safety squat bar. The safety squat bar has an advantage because the handles can be used to guide the weight down into the bottom of the skull crusher position, allowing you to lift significantly more weight.

225 Combine Test. This is something that I've wanted to try fresh for awhile now. After watching NFL combine clips on YouTube I wanted to see where I'd stack up. Average amount of reps are 14 for cornerbacks, 15 for wide receivers and 20 for running backs. Got 16 reps
